Chapter 2 Pages 115-116

This fantasy world is going to have to invent anxiety medication specifically because of Ivan.

Thanks always for reading. The comments are cracking me up and giving me all the warm fuzzies.

  1. Why… why would he steal the key and not the book? This just sounds like the worst way to go about this, the surest way of being caught, the surest way of being prevented from Egg reading about her goddess… Ivan isn’t very smart it seems.

    1. He just doesn’t have enough main character energy. Chill supporting characters steal keys so main characters can do main character things. Also he probs has no idea what he’s doing lol.

    2. His ill-planned key heist just proves he’s not a criminal at heart. It was a crime of passion! With more than a smidge of adolescent rebellion.

  2. It’s just a pre-heist, gotta warm up for the real heist.

    1. *imagines Ivan doing knee bends and finger exercises before snatching the key and running off like Rincewind*

  3. Great chapter as always, but two things I wanted to point out

    1. Unless it’s a glitch on my end the chapter is, as of the time of this comment, unlabeled

    2. I just checked the character tab and Mootilda isn’t listed, HOW DARE YOU

    That is all.

    1. Odd, I could have sworn I typed in the chapter and page numbers for the title. Fixed now, thanks for reporting! And Mootilda bio is incoming. 😛

  4. its time for a horribly executed heist to happen

  5. Oops his pupils just got tiny. Prepare the cold water vase for the face splashy after he hits the boards.

  6. YEA!!!! Ivan is back with the party!!!!

  7. Go Ivan!
Hope he doesn’t suffer too much.

  8. People here are talking about the ill-planned heist, which… sure, but I’m currently keeping a suspicious eye on our very own Checkov’s Rav. Wonder if they’ll try without him first or if he’ll show up in time to prevent catastrophe.

  9. I wɑs сuriouѕ if you ever thought of changing the structure of your websitе?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to ѕay.
But maybе you could a little more in the way of content so people
could connect with it better. Youve gоt an awful lot of text for
only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maʏbe you couⅼd space it ᧐ut better?

    1. Why does this sound like spam (not SPAM, either)? Especially the random unicode character in the middle of things (“FULLWIDTH LATIN SMALL LETTER R” in “for”, which is why its spacing looks weird: “for”)…
It’s almost like the automated spam posting bot doesn’t realize that it’s posting on a WEBCOMIC? 🤔
But it’s not linking, so I’m not sure what its game is…

      1. Also detected “LATIN LETTER SMALL CAPITAL Y” in the last sentence: “Maʏbe” vs “Maybe”.
Randomly-inserted unicode lookalikes are almost universal indicators of spam (again, not SPAM).

      2. Oooh LOTS of unicode actually, some very well hidden…
LATIN SMALL LETTER ALPHA (ɑ): “wɑs”
CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER ES (с) & CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER DZE (ѕ): “сuriouѕ”
CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER IE (е): “websitе”
CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER DZE (ѕ): “ѕay”
CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER IE (е): “maybе”
CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER O (о): “gоt”
FULLWIDTH LATIN SMALL LETTER R (r): “for”
LATIN LETTER SMALL CAPITAL Y (ʏ): “Maʏbe”
SMALL ROMAN NUMERAL FIFTY (ⅼ): “couⅼd”
NEW TAI LUE DIGIT ZERO (᧐): “᧐ut”
        Probability of spam: 99.999%
        Probability of SPAM: 0.0002%

        1. That’s really insane.

        2. MY GAMER LEAVE THE POSSIBLE TECH DEMON ALONE, EVEN I DONT FRIGG WITH THEM
