Hi darlings! I want to let you know that the next pages are on the way. I've run into a health thing (unrelated from webcomic creation, so don't blame that) that's making it difficult to sit upright at my desk for long periods of time. The pages are still underway but I'm limiting how much time I work on them at once.

It's not a long-term health thing, just an acute issue from a specific event that should resolve quickly, so, schedule should be back to normal soon.

That puts an end to Chapter 3. I can't believe it took 2 years. Very happy to have you all along for the ride.

I'll probably take a short break after this upload - a week or so. There'll be an intermittent discussion drop, the same way there was after Chapter 2.

    Hum, so, four seasons. Eggy is spring, a joyous return from winter’s rest. As-*cough* Rav is summer, a bit harsh but with a cool side. Malene is winter, calm, a bit cold at first but with warmth to be found, a gentle rest. Ivan is fall, a cooling time of contemplation and reflection of the year gone by. That’s just my view on it.

    I had not noticed how long Ivan’s hair had gotten. They don’t look gaunt in this page and the clothes don’t look loose. Did they find food?

      Not to pick a fight, but in the comic you linked, Oridell has NO eyes. Also, Isaac concedes that everything the church thinks it knows about Oridell could be wrong, since it was 700 years ago, so every representation of the historical Oridell in the comic is potentially wrong. That would definitely include details about his appearance.

      Plus 700 years is plenty of time for an immortal man to alter his appearance, even if the church got it right.

    Don’t comment here often (not sure if I commented before, actually, I may have), but this is spectacular. I’ve adored the way you intertwine the media of music and (web)comic since I first found your work, and this song and the accompanying pages are your best work yet, in my opinion. Very emotional and I love how you gave the song time to breathe, despite – I would suspect – the likely urge to keep it shorter, since you have to also draw the images to go with it, so longer song means more work. I look forward to seeing where this goes 🙂

    How did I know the exact right speed to scroll during the OOOOOooooo section? I didn’t even feel anxious like I was going to be late to whenever the lyrics picked back up. Same with the dialogue interrupt from the mysterious assassin’s group.
