So remember how on Tuesday I was like "a hurr duurrrr just because you can read the letters doesn't mean you can understand the words?"
Well, the Discord server took that as a challenge, and through sheer nerd energy managed to transcribe and then translate the vast majority of the page from the last update. They have successfully figured out the text apart from 4 words, which Ivan has now spoiled on this page. Still a win for them, though, as I don't think the remaining 4 words were really fair to figure out. Honestly, none of it was intended to be figured out, but here we are, with you fucks learning the actual lore secrets of this world by piecing together old texts, the same way the clerics would have.
ON THAT NOTE!
You may or may not have noticed a nice new button on the main menu, that says "forums." I added that during the week to give the new cleric nerds a way to organize their Kethra sleuthing in threads rather than having all their hard work get buried in the Discord channels. But, there are other sections on there too. Basically, we have forums now and you can go talk on them if you want or upload stupid shit. It's definitely worth poking in there and just taking a peek at the Kethra section just to see the CONSPIRACY-ASS BOARD/IMAGE they used to keep track of their progress on cracking the text.
Here are higher res looks at the new Kethra pages from today, though the second one Ivan's basically read aloud already. He left plenty out on the first one, which still gives the nerds who wanna find extra shit in the text something to chew on, plus a starting point of some new words learned:

I think that’s just a “for our benefit” translation of the contemporary language of the translated notes, vs Kethra…

It’s just a quirk of the inter-dimensional transfer. They read and write in common as their default language but, since the person bringing us news of their adventures, has a default language of English, we don’t see what it truly looks like.
Also don’t tempt DT, she *will* create yet another conlang.
